Once your order is placed and production has begun, changes are not guaranteed. If your item hasn’t gone into production yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
All orders can take up to 2-4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays! (Shipping time not included)

Once your order has been handed to USPS, delivery, delays, or lost packages are solely USPS’s responsibility, and refunds will not be issued for lost or delayed shipments.
