Thank you for supporting handmade! Every item in our shop is made to order, so a little extra love and time goes into each piece before it's ready to ship.

Production Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made before it ships. We work through orders as they come in, so there's no set cutoff; just know we're stitching away as soon as your order is placed!

Shipping & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We ship via USPS and UPS, so you'll be able to choose the option that works best for you.

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on distance)

Total Timeline: From the time you order to the time it arrives, plan for approximately 9–15 business days in most cases.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to all items being personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

How should I care for my embroidered item?

To keep your embroidered item looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions:

Turn the item inside out before washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash
Use mild detergent only
Do not bleach or use fabric softeners
Do not wring or twist the fabric
Lay flat to dry or air dry only
If needed, tumble dry on low heat (avoid high heat)
Do not iron directly over embroidery

If ironing is necessary, turn the item inside out or place a cloth over the embroidery

Proper care will help preserve the stitching, color, and overall quality of your embroidered item.

Can I request something that’s not listed on your website?

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Once your order is placed and production has begun, changes are not guaranteed. If your item hasn’t gone into production yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Once your order has been handed to USPS, delivery, delays, or lost packages are solely USPS’s responsibility, and refunds will not be issued for lost or delayed shipments.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and paying all reshipping fees. Buyers may choose their preferred shipping service for reshipment. For shipping delays or delivery issues, please contact USPS or your package protection provider directly.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship once embroidery is complete. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us via email knotyouraveragestitchllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist you.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Each item is made to order, so slight variations in stitching or color may occur. This is part of the handmade process.
