Lay flat to dry or air dry only
If needed, tumble dry on low heat (avoid high heat)
Do not iron directly over embroidery
If ironing is necessary, turn the item inside out or place a cloth over the embroidery

Once your order is placed and production has begun, changes are not guaranteed. If your item hasn’t gone into production yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
All orders can take up to 2-4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays! (Shipping time not included)
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Once your order has been handed to USPS, delivery, delays, or lost packages are solely USPS’s responsibility, and refunds will not be issued for lost or delayed shipments.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and paying all reshipping fees.
